True, But you need theroy to understand music completly. Its a pain but in the long run its worth it.

Just a reminder to watch spelling everyone, 'theory' being the correct spelling. I was confused as to the meaning of this thread until i read some of the posts, so spelling is important if you wish to be fully understood.
Theory is an integral part of music, as Merk said it helps us understand the music we listen to.
